It all started with us having the same passion for good food as we do for coffee. Those who know us from the first day know that Petra Gayrettepe first took its place in the MUSE gallery, focusing on coffee roasting, with a coffee roasting machine and a bar serving in front of it. With our commitment to good coffee, people who liked what we did started coming more often. As the tables increased, the bar was not enough and a new bar took its place. With the kind of music we love and our decor that reflects us, those who came spent longer time, wondered and learned about our coffee varieties and service methods, and started to have long conversations. Of course, there were enough bakery products along with coffee at that time. Those who came to spend longer time in Petra Gayrettepe, came in the morning with their computers, drank good coffee, and when they got hungry, went out to have lunch and then returned to Petra Gayrettepe. When we saw this situation, we were thoroughly convinced; Now we had to set up our kitchen. Our concept is the only thing that has not changed since the first day; All day Breakfast! What changes are the seasonal products on our menu. We have seen that over the years, many of our plates have become regular customers and our plates have become classics with their names.
While designing our menu, we developed plates that could be spread throughout the day. Taking inspiration from different countries and cities, we have always given priority to the classics. We brought unforgettable dishes that everyone has memories and knowledge of to our day. We wanted everyone to have fun while choosing their appropriate plate from the menu. We presented some of our plates in their simplest form and allowed them to build their own plate with side products and additions of their choice. Just like our coffees that change seasonally, our plates also change according to the season.
