How can I return the product?
Petra Coffee products, where quality, healthfulness and freshness are of great importance, are packaged meticulously. However, in order to prevent problems that may arise from transportation, we kindly ask you to check the products you ordered before receiving your order from the cargo company. Perishable products, food products and disposable products are products that cannot be returned due to their nature and it will not be possible for the Buyer to benefit from the right of return for these products. Souvenirs, fragile items, etc. Exercising the right to return products is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product is unused. You must return our damaged, opened, torn packaged products or products that you notice to be broken or damaged to the cargo company without receiving them. The cargo company will pick up the products at the door and deliver them to us free of charge, and you will not pay any additional fee.
Can I return any product?
In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, there is no right of withdrawal for foodstuffs, beverages or other daily consumption items. Apart from these, all products whose original packaging is not damaged, unused, or damaged as a result of misuse can be returned.
Returns of opened, used or damaged products are not accepted.
The product return, which you can make without stating any reason, must be made in the same condition as the product was delivered to you. In case of any deterioration, opening, breakage, tearing, missing accessories or other situations in the product you purchased or the product packaging, product returns will not be accepted.
If the invoice for the product has not been sent or is incomplete, returns will not be accepted. The products to be returned must be delivered together with the original product invoice.
Unjustified product returns must be made in writing within 14 days following the delivery of the goods to you.
The products to be returned must be delivered to us through the cargo companies that Petra Coffee works with.
The product should be placed in a protective packaging and the cargo company's label should not be on the product packaging. Deformation in the product's packaging is among the situations that prevent the product from being resold.
Returns of products that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions are strictly not accepted.

How many days is the return period?
Products can be returned within 7 days from the day your cargo reaches you.
