One of the regions we always want to include every season is Rwanda. Coffee production is one of the main sources of income in the country, so it's possible to see continuously increasing quality. This coffee comes from the Gitesi washing station, operated by father and son Alexis and Aime Gahizi. It is of the Bourbon variety, known as the coffee of coffees. The Red Bourbon, a sub-variety, is washed and presented in this lot.
