The tencha leaves are shaded for 18 days before harvesting, resulting in high levels of L-theanine and caffeine. This boutique tea garden uses only organic and sustainable methods, and the matcha is produced to the highest quality using traditional stone mills. It has a smooth and silky taste.

IDEAL PREPARATION:
For a cup, use ½ teaspoon of Matcha tea at 80-85°C. When preparing your Matcha tea, remember to whisk it thoroughly with a tea whisk or a shaker to create a nice froth.
