### How can I return a product?
Petra Coffee products are carefully packaged to ensure quality, health compliance, and freshness. However, to prevent issues that may arise during transportation, we kindly ask you to inspect your order before accepting it from the shipping company. Perishable goods, food products, and disposable items are non-returnable due to their nature, and the Buyer will not be able to exercise the right of return for these items. For items such as gifts and fragile goods, the right to return can only be exercised if the product's packaging is unopened, undamaged, and unused.
For products with damaged, opened, or torn packaging, or items that are broken or damaged, you need to return them to the shipping company without accepting the delivery. The shipping company will collect the items at your door and deliver them to us free of charge, with no additional cost to you.
### Can I return any product?
According to the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), there is no right of withdrawal for food items, beverages, or other daily consumption goods. Products other than these, which have their original packaging undamaged, unused, and not damaged due to user error, can be returned.
Returns of products that have been opened, used, and damaged will not be accepted.
Returns without any justification must be made in the condition the product was delivered to you. If there is any deterioration, opening, breaking, tearing, missing accessories, or any other issues with the purchased product or its packaging, the return will not be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted if the product's invoice is not provided or is incomplete. The original invoice must be included with the returned products.
Returns without any justification must be made within 14 days following the delivery of the goods to you and in written form.
Returned products must be sent to us via the shipping companies that Petra Coffee works with.
The product should be placed in a protective package, and the shipping company's label should not be on the product's packaging. Deformation of the product's packaging prevents the product from being resold.
Returns of products that do not meet the conditions mentioned above will not be accepted.
